This position is much more than closing loans. We’re looking for self-motivated, highly productive, relentless and tenacious sales professionals who can both hunt and close real estate loans for our private money lending division. The Loan Officer will be responsible for generating new investor buyer leads and new private lender leads. We’re looking for a natural leader who aligns with our company values and culture to drive profitability and growth…and to earn great money doing it!

Our niche in private money lending has helped investors acquire, purchase, and refinance properties in the greater Phoenix area with very little paperwork. By connecting investors and private lenders with our company, you’ll be helping us in our quest to help our neighbors protect their most important asset: their home, by revitalizing or rebuilding properties in harmony with the existing neighborhood.
Applicants must bring:
- All applicants must have an active AZ Mortgage License
- Experience generating and closing loan business.
The fine print:
- This is an in-office position with occasional loan closings on weekends.
- Our office is located near 7th Street & Camelback and office hours are M-F, 9 to 5:30.
- Base salary for this position is $35,000 plus success-based bonuses. There’s no earning cap in this position.
